What to Expect

• The Wall of Truth: We’ll review anonymous, real-world log entries submitted by attendees to see what makes a report helpful versus what just creates more questions.

• Smart Documentation: Learn how to simplify compliance requirements. We'll discuss how a quick photo of a "clean site" or a clear note on a roadblock can save hours of back-and-forth later in the week.

• The Scavenger Hunt: We’ll break into smaller groups for a hands-on inspection challenge. You’ll work as a team to create smart entries and brainstorm how to overcome common documentation hurdles.

How to participate: 

RSVP with a Story: When you register, share a quick example of a field log entry you found helpful or problematic (for discussion) for our “Wall of Truth”. All examples will be shared anonymously to spark honest conversation.

Networking & Snacks: Stay for refreshments and meet other local construction pros! Food and drinks will be provided.
